This is the first thing you need when you want to learn a language, which is the alphabets.
Arabic Alphabets is a free application that is written in python. We tried to make simple for people to understand and hear the sound clearly. There are also some illustrations for the mouth and tounge that show where the letter is pronounced from (there are some letters with the same pronounciation as English letters).
The Application sections:
1- The menu.
2- The Letter name and picture, and how to say it.
3- Illustrated picture to show the place the Letter is pronounced.
4- The explanation.
5- The Letter with the short and long vowels and how to say it.
6- The forms of the Letter in the word.
For section 3:
There are two pictures (The whole mouth, The tongue)
You Need Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable Package
– Tested on windows XP and it works perfectly.
– Also tested on windows vista and 7 , it worked fine but the only problem is that the icon on the desktop isn’t showing properly.
